Pay per campaign: From: 3¢ per subscriber + $5 per delivery To: 4¢ per subscriber + $8 per delivery Monthly plans from $20/month to $25/month Monthly plans from $49/month to $54/month Our fee to create each campaign remains unchanged at $60.
